PROCEDURE FOR ADJUDICATION OF CASES BY THE BOARD
- All boarding hearing shall begin with “I SWEAR THAT MY EVIDENCE AND TESTIMONY BEFORE THE BOARD SHALL BE THE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH, SO HELP ME GOD”, and this would compel only the TRUTH in order to save the board unnecessary waste of time
- Members appearing before the board would not be allowed to present prepared speeches, except if directed to do so before appearance.
- It should be considered “lying under oath” if a member intentionally lies to the board, as this would be considered an intent to deceive and evade justice, and this would attract consequences as would be determined by the board
- During trial, the Member standing trial would not be permitted to ask questions, except for clarification
- A member standing trial cannot decline a question asked by any of the judges, all declined questions, would be considered as acceptance.
